Each match receives a confidence score -- strong matches (70%+) are auto-classified, medium matches (50-69%) are suggested, and weak matches are logged for review. A single email can create correspondences for up to 3 relevant projects. The system also learns from your corrections via a feedback loop to improve accuracy over time.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Email connections use OAuth with HMAC-signed consent -- we never store passwords. Files are stored on your choice of cloud provider (AWS S3, Google Cloud, Azure Blob, DigitalOcean Spaces, or self-hosted MinIO) with encryption. All API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest. Multi-tenant data isolation ensures organizations can never access each other's data. Enterprise plans include SSO, IP-based access restrictions, and full audit logging with before/after state snapshots.

Absolutely. You can create workflows with up to 20 sequential stages, each with one of four role types: Editor, Commenter, Approver, or Sender. Configure per-stage settings including time limits (up to 30 days), required number of approvals, parallel vs. sequential routing, and auto-advance. Responses move through stages with full version history, threaded comments, draft locking for concurrent edit protection, and recall capability. Workflows can be saved as templates and cloned for reuse.
