Each match receives a confidence score -- strong matches (70%+) are auto-classified, medium matches (50-69%) are suggested, and weak matches are logged for review. A single email can create correspondences for up to 3 relevant projects. The system also learns from your corrections via a feedback loop to improve accuracy over time.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Email connections use OAuth with HMAC-signed consent -- we never store passwords. Files are stored on your choice of cloud provider (AWS S3, Google Cloud, Azure Blob, DigitalOcean Spaces, or self-hosted MinIO) with encryption. All API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest. Multi-tenant data isolation ensures organizations can never access each other's data.
